Policies & Guidelines

- One vehicle per site, if additional vehicles are with a party, a $10 fee will be incurred.

​- Pets are welcomed! Please keep dogs leashed at all times. We do not allow cages or fences. We allow 2 dogs per site.

- Please pick up your dog’s waste. 1st offense a verbal warning will be given. A 2nd offense will result in a $70 fee and for each offense after that.

- Please keep your dog on a leash. 1st offense a verbal warning will be given. 2nd offense will result in termination of your visit without a refund.

- Propane Gas Firepits are allowed / Open wood fires are NOT allowed at RV sites due to the canopies of protected live oak trees. There is a community wood burning and gas fire pit for guests to use.

- Quiet Hours are 10pm – 7am.

- Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

- Excessive Noise and offensive language is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

- Excessive public intoxication/ drunkenness is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

- Nudity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

- Public urination/ defecating on property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

- Fireworks are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

- No sexual predators to reside or visit the park.

- No firearms on property.

- No tents or pop-up trailers allowed.

- No homemade trailers, school bus conversions or any modification. Recreational Vehicles must be manufactured and certified as an RV.

- No drones.

- No electric bikes, electric bikes or hoverboards.

- No Golf Carts.

- No blowup pools or ground top pools.

- No Clothes lines.

- No Littering: Please do not leave any trash on the ground including cigarette butts.

- All trash must be disposed in trashcans/ dumpster. Do not leave trash out overnight.

- Parents are responsible for their children’s safety: They must be under adult supervision at all times.

- The speed limit for the park is 7 mph.

- Washing your RV onsite must be approved by management. Please tell us the time and date you would like to wash your RV.

- Substantial property damage caused by you or your party will result in a fine.

- All personal property including travel trailers, RVs, Motorhomes or vehicles are deemed abandoned if left on site for 72 hours after departure date.

- Saint-Tropez RV Park is not liable for any property damage.

- Charcoal and propane grills are allowed. Please clean up at your site. DO NOT PUT BURNING CHARCOAL ON LANDSCAPING OR IN THE DUMPSTER.

- Florida Health Department requires a sewer donut for RVs. We have them in stock if you do not have one.

- No refunds for early departures.

- No refunds for hurricane evacuations or other natural disasters that affects Santa Rosa County. We are not responsible or liable for natural disasters or hurricanes. Saint-Tropez RV Park is not responsible for any damage to property or people who do not evacuate.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations 3 days or more prior to a reservation will receive a full deposit back. Reservations canceled within 3 days or less will receive 1/2 of the total reservation as a refund. The day of the reservation checking in, will not receive a refund. Early departures will not receive a refund.
