Saint-Tropez RV Park Policies & Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Saint-Tropez RV Park! These policies are designed to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Parking

• One vehicle is included per RV site.

• Additional vehicles are subject to a $10 fee and must be approved by management.

Pets

• Pets are welcome! A maximum of two (2) dogs per site is permitted.

• Dogs must remain leashed at all times.

• Dog fences, pens, and cages are not permitted.

• Please clean up after your pet immediately.

  • 1st offense: Verbal warning

  • 2nd offense: $70 fee

  • Additional offenses may result in additional fees or removal from the park.

• Dogs off leash:

  • 1st offense: Verbal warning

  • 2nd offense: Immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Campfires & Grills

• Propane fire pits are permitted at RV sites.

• Open wood fires are not permitted at individual sites due to the protected live oak tree canopy.

• Guests are welcome to use the community wood-burning and gas fire pit.

• Charcoal and propane grills are allowed. Please clean your site afterward.

• Do not place hot charcoal on landscaping or inside the dumpster.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Excessive noise or offensive language is prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.

Park Rules

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund:

• Illegal drug use

• Excessive public intoxication

• Fireworks

• Firearms

• Golf carts

• Clotheslines

RV Requirements

The following are not permitted:

• Tents

• Pop-up trailers

• Homemade trailers

• School bus conversions

• Modified vehicles that are not manufacturer-certified RVs

Cleanliness

• Please do not litter, including cigarette butts.

• Dispose of all trash in designated trash cans or dumpsters.

• Do not leave trash outside overnight.

Children

• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Speed Limit

• The speed limit throughout the park is 7 MPH.

RV Washing

• Washing your RV requires prior approval from management.

• Please notify us of the date and time you wish to wash your RV.

Sewer Connections

• Florida Department of Health regulations require a sewer donut for all sewer connections.

• Sewer donuts are available for purchase if needed.

Property Damage

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

• Significant property damage may result in repair charges or additional fees.

Abandoned Property

• RVs, vehicles, trailers, and personal property left more than 72 hours after the scheduled departure date will be considered abandoned and may be removed at the owner's expense.

Liability

• Saint-Tropez RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of members of their party while on park property.

Weather & Natural Disasters

• No refunds will be issued for hurricane evacuations or other natural disasters affecting Santa Rosa County.

• Guests are responsible for following evacuation orders.

• Saint-Tropez RV Park is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from weather events or natural disasters.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for early departures.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 3 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will not receive a refund.

• Early departures are not eligible for refunds.
